BETA QUEST LOG 0001

This log was developed using the Zelda: Ocarina of Time ROM and cartridge.  Debug information is provided from both the ROM Debug System and the NOA Debug System.  The ROM's key configuration was fire arrows on C-Left, bombs on C-Down, and the Fairy Ocarina on C-Right.  The Infinite Magic and Midday codes were also active while using the ROM.  The cartridge part was done using "Beta Quest as a Kid," "No Name Glitch," "Cutscene Activator," "Appear in Strange Places on Activator," and "Moonjump."  Most of these codes can be obtained from the code list.
Each exit from the starting point (in this case, Hyrule Field) is listed in bold, and next to it is a description of the appearance of the place Link arrives in, whether Link exists or not, and what happens when you activate the cutscene.  These descriptions are as detailed as possible and cover almost every exit possible except for a few exceptions of which are noted.  I have also marked freezes and a brief description of the debug report given by the ROM or cartridge.

Start in Hyrule Field, sky cloudy but otherwise bright.

Kakariko Village: Kakariko Village, after the fire.
Exit to Field: Returns to normal game.
Exit to Mountain: Returns to normal game.
Exit to Graveyard: Returns to normal game.
Bearded Lady's House: Windmill, normal game.
Skulltulas' House: System error - Link walks into house, transition incomplete, continuous loop of error sound
Impa's House: Bearded Lady's house, normal game.
Archery Game: Dodongo Cavern, normal game.
Little Kid's House/Item Shop: Shadow Temple, normal game.
Potion Shop: Deku Tree, normal game.
Windmill: Potion shop, normal game.
Well: Large Lady's house, lady not present, normal game.

Domain (Ground): Extremely glitchy Zora's Fountain with Ocarina Pad (accessible only through ROM).  Can hardly walk around.  If you attempt to shoot an arrow or throw a bomb outside of the invisible boundaries, the game will freeze.  If you try to walk onto the pad, Link will make a strange jump, and the game will freeze.  Activate the cutscene to enter an endless loop.

Domain (Water): Polygons freeze (unknown cause)

Lon Lon Ranch: Polygons freeze (unknown cause)

Kokiri Forest: Kokiri Forest, Deku Tree's Grove.  This is the cutscene where Link first meets the Deku Tree.
Twin's House: Lon Lon Ranch, cutscene where Link learns Epona's Song.  We see the owl in front of Malon, Epona neighing by her side.  The owl just moves his head, but you can talk to Malon.  All exits freeze the game.
    House: Ending cutscene at Temple of Time where Link returns to child form.  Can't go anywhere.
    Stable: Bearded lady's house, still beta.  Exit to freeze (DmaCopy cartridge address F5A300E1, changed to 01A300E1, DmaCopy nonaligned source).
    Shed: Door is missing.  Use Moonjump to go over wall.  Bottom of the Well, beta.  Exit to freeze (color distortion).
    Exit to Field: Freezes (DmaCopy cartridge address 966464B7, changed to 026464B7, DmaCopy illegal ranges)
    Over the Fence: Screen goes white, freezes (unknown cause).
Saria's House: Deku Tree, still beta.  Exit to freeze (DmaCopy cartridge address 04DE0272, changed to 00DE0272).  Enter Gohma's Lair to enter Bongo Bongo's chamber entrance.  Cannot exit.
Store: Dodongo Dungeon, same as usual.
Link's House: Entrance to Hyrule Castle Town Market, kid version at night, still beta.  Enter Lots O' Pots to arrive in the Spirit Temple (sounds like it may be glitchy).  Exit the temple to freeze (cause unknown).  Enter Hyrule Castle Town Market (DmaCopy illegal ranges).
Mido's House: Polygons freeze (cause unknown)
Know-It-All Brothers House: Hyrule Field, beta.
Main Exit: Freezes (DmaCopy illegal ranges)
Lost Woods: Desert Goddess area, no music in the background.  Play the Song of Storms and the whole arena will go black until the storm ends.  Enter the Spirit Temple to enter the Spirit Temple (coincidence?).  Exit the temple to freeze (cause unknown).  Enter the Fairy Fountain to arrive in the Bottom of the Well.  Exit the well to freeze (DmaCopy illegal ranges).  Enter the desert to freeze (cause unknown).
Deku Tree: Dodongo's Cavern, beta.  Link will not move.

Hyrule Castle Town Market: Kid market, beta.
Exit to Entrance: Shadow Temple, beta.  Exit to arrive in Kokiri Forest (see above for exit details).
Exit to Castle: Death Mountain, cutscene where Link gets the Goron Ruby (interface visible, map black).
Exit to Temple of Time: Fire Temple (in front of boss door), beta.  Enter Volvagia's Lair to freeze (DmaCopy nonaligned source).
Back Alley Entrance (Near Treasure Game): Market, night.  Exits are identical.
Back Alley Entrance (Near Slingshot Game): Market, night.  Exits are identical.
Treasure Game: (must do this after entering back alley) Back alley, night.  Enter puppy lady's house to arrive in Impa's house.  Exit to freeze (color distortion).  Enter Bombchu Shop to . exit Back Alley (near Bombchu Shop) to... exit Back Alley (near strange guy's house) to...
Slingshot Game: Front of Temple of Time, night.  Enter Temple of Time to arrive at ending cutscene in TOT (exit temple to return to normal game).  Exit to Market to arrive at Market, night, beta.
Bazarre: Happy Mask Shop, beta.  Exit to return to Market, night.
Magic Shop: Back Alley, night (see Treasure Game).
Mask Shop: Ganon's Castle, beta.  Exit to freeze (DmaCopy illegal ranges).
House: Freezes (unknown cause).

Gerudo Valley: Gerudo Valley planet creation cutscene (Din), Link is invisible, all you can see is several big rocks rotating in the sky, some inside others.

Lake Hylia: Arrive at the bottom of the well.  Exit to freeze (DmaCopy illegal ranges).
