BETA QUEST LOG 0006

This log was developed using the Zelda: Ocarina of Time ROM and cartridge.  Debug information is provided from both the ROM Debug System and the NOA Debug System.  The ROM's key configuration was fire arrows on C-Left, bombs on C-Down, and the Fairy Ocarina on C-Right.  The Infinite Magic and Midday codes were also active while using the ROM.  The cartridge part was done using "Beta Quest as a Kid," "No Name Glitch," "Cutscene Activator," "Appear in Strange Places on Activator," and "Moonjump."  Most of these codes can be obtained from the code list.
Each exit from the starting point (in this case, Hyrule Field) is listed in bold, and next to it is a description of the appearance of the place Link arrives in, whether Link exists or not, and what happens when you activate the cutscene.  These descriptions are as detailed as possible and cover almost every exit possible except for a few exceptions of which are noted.  I have also marked freezes and a brief description of the debug report given by the ROM or cartridge.
Enough said, let's get to the questing!



Start in Hyrule Field.  Start cutscene to activate interface.  All exits become normal.

Kakariko Village: Ending music playing (overworld, credits), totally deserted.  Area is dark even though the sky is normal.  Activating the cutscene (to do correctly, use Appear Strange Places when entering village) will bring you to Death Mountain Trail.  DO NOT PRESS L RIGHT AWAY!  Press L intermittently while moving to the left or right.  Once you've gone a good enough distance, fly over to the closest landing spot.  Continue the cutscene to arrive in the Temple of Time.  Grab the sword to arrive in a Triforce cutscene (use the Appear Strange Places code).  Exit normally for odd color pattern.
Exit to Field: Hyrule Field, normal game.
Exit to Mountain: Death Mountain, normal game.
Exit to Graveyard: Graveyard, normal game.
Bearded Lady's House: Windmill, normal game.
Skulltulas' House: Potion shop in Kakariko Village, normal game.
Impa's House: Bearded lady's house, normal game.
Secret Entrance to Impa's House: Deku Tree, normal game.  Scratchy fade-in... weird.
Invisible Archery Game Building: *Freezes*
Little Kid's House/Item Shop: Shadow Temple Boss Entrance, normal game.
Potion Shop: Deku Tree, normal game.
Windmill: Potion shop in Market, normal game.
Well: Fat lady's house (not present), normal game.

Domain (Ground): Kokiri Forest.  Totally deserted, three different signs viewable when first entering.  Start the cutscene to... neat!  A hidden cutscene!  Does absolutely nothing, but still...
Twin's House: Strange man's house (market), beta.  Exit to freeze (DmaCopy addr 09001EFC switched to 01001EFC, DmaCopy illegal ranges)
Saria's House: Dodongo Dungeon, in invisible area.  Nearly impossible to navigate.
Store: Know-It-All brothers house, still beta.  Exit to freeze (tons of unimplemented opcodes and one opcode break)
Link's House: Freezes (DmaCopy addr 04010000 switched to 00010000)
Mido's House: Ganondorf 1's defeat plays, as usual.  Exit to freeze (DmaCopy addr 0F010000 switched to 03010000, DmaCopy illegal ranges)
Know-It-All Brothers House: Beta Hyrule Field
Main Exit: Freezes (DmaCopy illegal ranges)
Lost Woods: Freezes (a bunch of unimplemented CPU opcodes and an opcode break.)
Deku Tree Entrance: Freezes (Unknown cause)

Domain (Water): Freezes (the usual)

Lon Lon Ranch: Part of the ending... Link is invisible (and not movable).  Using Appear Strange Places, Link becomes movable.  Main exit leads to an immediate freeze (TLB exception on load, FPCSR: 01801814H Inexact Operation).  All other exits assumed to freeze when activated.

Kokiri Forest: Warp transition, freezes (Exec at invalid address 88446884).

HCTM: Freezes (DmaCopy address 1E0A0A28 switched to 020A0A28, DmaCopy illegal ranges)

Gerudo Valley: Same as Kokiri Forest without the transition.

Lake Hylia: Freezes, same as Gerudo Valley.

Warp Songs:
Prelude of Light: Underground grotto, medallion-setup rupees in pool.  Exiting brings you to the Temple of Time (cutscene begins playing).  After cutscene, grab the sword and you'll be in a place with dark clouds and rain, Link invisible (and immobile).
Requiem of Spirit: Freezes, cause unknown.
Minuet of the Forest: Freezes, execution at invalid address (88446884)
Nocturne of Shadow: Gerudo's Fortress, have 8 keys, normal game.
Bolero of Fire: In front of Hyrule Castle, map is beta.  Get captured and you'll return to the regular game.
Serenade of Water: Freezes, exec at invalid address (88446884)
