BETA QUEST LOG 0007

This log was developed using the Zelda: Ocarina of Time ROM and cartridge.  Debug information is provided from both the ROM Debug System and the NOA Debug System.  The ROM's key configuration was fire arrows on C-Left, bombs on C-Down, and the Fairy Ocarina on C-Right.  The Infinite Magic and Midday codes were also active while using the ROM.  The cartridge part was done using "Beta Quest as a Kid," "No Name Glitch," "Cutscene Activator," "Appear in Strange Places on Activator," and "Moonjump."  Most of these codes can be obtained from the code list.
Each exit from the starting point (in this case, Hyrule Field) is listed in bold, and next to it is a description of the appearance of the place Link arrives in, whether Link exists or not, and what happens when you activate the cutscene.  These descriptions are as detailed as possible and cover almost every exit possible except for a few exceptions of which are noted.  I have also marked freezes and a brief description of the debug report given by the ROM or cartridge.
Enough said, let's get to the questing!



Start in Hyrule Field, Zelda's Lullaby playing in background with a slight cloud effect.  Trigger the cutscene (use No Name Glitch code, it's required) to freeze (address error on load).

Kakariko Village: Freezes, the usual

Domain (Ground): Freezes, the usual

Domain (Water): Freezes all polygons, no transition, unknown freeze.

Lon Lon Ranch: Same as Domain (Water)

Kokiri Forest: Doesn't freeze!  We can see the front of Link's house (actually, just the stump and ladder) as well as a bush area, Link is gone.  Activate the cutscene to return back to Hyrule Field.
Twin's House: Weird guy's house, beta (need moonjump to survive).  Exit to arrive in hag's house (beta).  Exit to freeze (address error on load).
Store: Know-it-all brothers' house.  Exit to freeze (address error on load).
Saria's House: Immediate freeze, HungUp ../z_play.c:2263.
Link's House: Freezes, HungUp ../z_std_dma.c:595.
Mido's House: Ganondorf's first defeat.  Follow Zelda to... I don't know.  Froze.
Know-It-All House: Hyrule Field, beta.
Main Exit: Freezes, address error on load.
Lost Woods: Freezes, TLB exception on load.
Deku Tree: Freezes, debugger doesn't trigger.

HCTM: Unreachable in ROM (Cartridge: Interesting transition, kind of a watery effect.  Arrive in Deku Tree.  Exit to arrive in Kokiri Forest cutscene.  Activate the "cutscene" to warp back to the entrance.)

Gerudo Valley: Freezes, the usual

Lake Hylia: Freezes (DmaCopy illegal ranges)

Warp Songs:
Prelude of Light: Underground grotto, medallion-setup rupees in pool.  Exiting brings you to the Temple of Time (cutscene begins playing).  After cutscene, grab the sword (have to be a kid) and you'll be in a place with dark clouds and rain, Link invisible (and immobile).  See the other maps for more info.
Requiem of Spirit: Freezes, cause unknown
Minuet of the Forest: Freezes, the usual
Nocturne of Shadow: Gerudo's Fortress, have 8 keys, normal game.
Bolero of Fire: Freezes, the usual
Serenade of Water: Freezes, cause unknown
