  1. Start the game. You will find yourself in Hyrule Field as an adult, the game already loaded.
  2. Run to Kokiri Forest.
  3. Next to Mido's house you'll find the stone column.
  4. Use Moonjump to jump on top of the column.  It'll now begin to rise.
  5. Use Moonjump to trigger the column again.  It will now return to the ground.

Explanation/Speculation: This looks like it could've been used in a level, although I do not recall seeing it anywhere.  You can change how it behaves with the Variable Modifier.  The first number controls how high it rises (0 for doesn't rise at all, F for maximum height), the second number controls how quickly it rises (0 is no movement, F is fastest), and the final two control the size (00 for large, 01 for small).  A good one to start with is F401.
